"Our daughter has played in the Hobe Sound Soccer Club for the past 8 yrs. The last 6 she has been a HOBE SOUND STRIKER. I remember being reluctant to go from the micro soccer and recreational play to competitive soccer. We wanted to be sure our daughter still enjoyed the sport and it didn`t get too serious. Today, if you were to ask her and her long time teammates what`s the number 1 rule, they would respond together with smiles saying HAVE FUN, and they do!! Because of the structure of the competitive division, teams are able to stay together and this builds life long friends. The players commit to the team and to each other and they work hard.
Looking back at our decision to get her into the STRIKER program, I can honestly say it was key to helping to mold a respectful, confident, hardworking young adult.

"We've lived in Palm City for years and always felt compelled to support
our community and participate in local youth soccer progams. That was
until a local friend and fellow soccer player told us about the Hobe Sound
Youth Soccer Program. Naturally, at first we were skeptical-we've been
in the local soccer loop for many years and had seen and heard it all.
Upon hearing of my daughter's talent and interest, the Striker's coach and
team invited my family to come take a sneak peak behind the net and join
his girls for a little scrimmage at one of their practices. My daughter,

"Now that I have had experience with three kids growing up with soccer as their main sport, I think I know what to look for in a soccer program. Team development and personal enrichment are the key to success. The Hobe Sound Strikers are fortunate to have coaches and directors who are dedicated to those principles. Team members develop bonds because they are encouraged to support each other. Behind the scenes, the directors plan and continues to develop coaching skills.
