Registration 2008/2009 Season

Registration opens July 1, 2008.

Early registration is between July 1 and August 29, 2008. After August 29, late registration fees apply.

On Site Registration will be on Saturday, August 2, 2008 and Saturday, August 23, 2008 from 9-11 am at South County Ball Park

The registration process is as follows:

1. Download, complete and sign the "2008 - 2009 Player Registration" form (one form for each registrant).
2. The registration form includes a "Waiver and Release of Liability & Consent to Medical Treatment" form which also must be signed.
3. Attach a legible copy of registrant's Birth Certificate (all registrants, regardless of past play).
4. Attach a check made payable to Hobe Sound Soccer Club for the Registration Fee as indicated on the top of the Player Registration form (a single check may be written for multiple registrants).
5. Mail the items listed in 1 - 4 above to:

Please Note:

• Incomplete registrations will not be processed.
• Registrants for Recreational Soccer will be randomly placed on teams in early September.
• Coaches will start calling the registrants and scheduling practices during the second week of September.
• Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list and will be placed on teams based on space availability.
• Late Registration does not guarantee that the registrant will play.
• If a player is not placed, all registration fees will be refunded promptly.
• A legible copy of the players birth certificate must accompany ALL registrations.
• Early registration fees are: $90.00 for the first child -
  each additional child: $75.00.
• Late Registration fees are: $115 for the first child -
  each additional dhild: $100.00.
